Billing & Free Trial

This article explains how the Wave free trial, billing, and subscription work.

🆓 Free trial

Wave offers a 7-day free trial.

During the trial:

• you get full access to all features

• there are no usage restrictions

To start the free trial, you need to add a credit card.
Your card will not be charged before the end of the 7-day trial.

💳 Billing

At the end of the 7-day free trial:

• your subscription will start automatically

• your card will be charged for the selected plan

You’ll receive an email reminder 24 hours before the trial ends.

If you want to continue using Wave, no action is required.

❌ Cancellation

You can cancel your subscription at any time directly from the platform.

To cancel, go to Settings → Manage subscription.

If you cancel before the end of the free trial, you will not be charged.

📱 Multiple Instagram accounts

Each subscription allows you to connect one Instagram account.

If you want to connect multiple Instagram accounts, you can upgrade your plan:

• go to Settings → Manage subscription

• select the number of Instagram accounts you want to use

• proceed to payment

💡 Additional Information

• After a billing period has started, refunds are not issued

• You can manage your subscription and billing details directly from the platform

• Invoices can be generated directly from our payment provider Creem
